SAP Solution Manager is a platform which provides state-of-the-art functionality through implementation, support, operation and monitoring of customer SAP solutions and engagement with SAP. Solman assists in implementation, project management, maintenance, upgrade and serves as a central service point for realising a centralised incident and issue message processing solution in multiple organisational tiers. It provides communication between the customer, SAP Channel Partners (VAR) and SAP.
